Dan Polk, founding board member of the Daraja Academy, was recently honored by Amigos de las Americas as the notable alumnus of the month for February 2008.
Dan volunteered with AMIGOS throughout the 90s and was interviewed by the organization as to how his experience in Latin America helped drive his interest in working with Daraja Academy.
